Stay in that position for a few seconds. You need to bring your body down to the floor gradually. This is very beneficial for your back.

You need to lie on your stomach and grab your lower legs with your hands. You should curve forwards and in reverse. Do this movement for 1 minute.

  1. Superman posture

You must lie on your stomach and lift your hands and make sure your legs remain still. Do this procedure 15-20 times.
